Merge PDF Files
Combine PDFs and images into one file, in any order.
Use the arrows to change the order. Files are merged from top to bottom.
Your files are processed on your device and are never uploaded.
Combine several PDF files into one, in exactly the order you want. Add as many PDFs as you need, move them up or down, and save one merged document. Images work too, so you can slip a JPG or PNG page in between.
Merging happens inside your browser. Your documents are never uploaded, and the merged PDF keeps its text, links and quality – pages are copied, not re-printed.
How to Merge PDF Files
- Choose your files: Select two or more PDFs (images work too), or drag them onto the box.
- Set the order: Use the arrows to move files up or down. Files are merged from top to bottom. Add more files at any time.
- Choose how images are placed: Fit on A4 page puts each image on a standard A4 page with margins; Same size as the image makes the page exactly as big as the picture.
- Click Merge files and download your PDF.
When You Need One PDF
- Online applications: Many forms accept only one upload – combine your certificates, mark sheets and ID into one file.
- Office work: Join invoices, reports or contract pages before sending.
- Scanning with a phone: Turn separate photos of pages into one document.
- Printing: Print one file instead of opening ten.
Tips
- Name your files 1, 2, 3… before adding them so they arrive in the right order.
- Need to remove or reorder single pages after merging? Use Rearrange PDF Pages.
- If the merged file is too big for an upload form, shrink it with Merge and Compress PDF or Compress PDF to a target size.
- Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first with Remove PDF Password.
Free, Unlimited and Private
No sign-up, no watermark and no limit on the number of files. Because nothing is uploaded, it is safe for bank statements, ID documents and contracts.
