Welcome to ShrinkBee. The ShrinkBee website, including its main site and all tool sites (the "Site"), is the copyrighted property of ShrinkBee ("we", "us" or "our"). Additional guidelines or rules shown for specific features are part of these Terms.
Please read these Terms of Use (the "Terms") carefully. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Access to the Site
Licence
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited licence to use the Site for your own personal, educational or business purposes.
Certain restrictions
You may not:
- sell, rent, lease, sublicense or redistribute the Site itself, or put its tools on another website (for example in a frame or by mirroring);
- change, copy or create derivative works of the Site's design, branding or content, except as allowed by the open-source licences of its components;
- use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to put an excessive load on the Site or to copy its content;
- use the Site to build a similar or competing website by copying its content;
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or to process files you have no right to use.
Unless stated otherwise, any future release, update or new feature of the Site is subject to these Terms. All copyright and other proprietary notices on the Site must remain on any copies.
Your files
Our tools process files in your browser, on your device. You keep all rights to your files and to the results you create. You are solely responsible for the files you process and for having the right to use, change and share them.
Modification
We may change, suspend or discontinue the Site or any tool, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such change, suspension or discontinuation.
No support or maintenance
You agree that we have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the Site.
Ownership
Your files aside, all intellectual property rights in the Site and its content, including copyrights, patents, trademarks and trade secrets, belong to us or our suppliers. These Terms do not give you any rights to them except the limited licence above. We and our suppliers reserve all rights not granted in these Terms.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, and may show third-party ads. These are not under our control, and we are not responsible for them. We provide them only for convenience and do not review, approve, monitor, endorse, warrant or make any representations about them. You use any third-party links and ads at your own risk. When you follow a link, the third party's terms and policies apply.
Release
You release and forever discharge us, and our officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns, from every past, present and future dispute, claim, controversy, demand, right, obligation, liability, action and cause of action of any kind, that has arisen or arises directly or indirectly out of, or relates to, the Site.
3. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We and our suppliers expressly disclaim all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. These include warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will meet your requirements, that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that it will be accurate, reliable, free of viruses or other harmful code, complete, legal or safe.
Always keep a copy of your original files. Results such as compressed, converted, recognised (OCR) or resized files may differ from what you expect. Check them before you rely on them, especially for official applications and forms.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers are not liable to you or any third party for any lost profits, lost or corrupted data, costs of procuring substitute products, or any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages that arise from or relate to these Terms or your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. You access and use the Site at your own discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage to your device or computer system and any loss of data that results.
The Site is free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to these Terms is limited to one hundred (100) Indian rupees, or the equivalent in your currency, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms. Multiple claims will not enlarge this limit.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
5. Term and termination
These Terms remain in full force while you use the Site. We may suspend or end your right to use the Site at any time, for any reason, including any use of the Site in breach of these Terms. Your rights under these Terms end immediately when they are terminated. Sections 1 (Ownership, Restrictions), 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 survive any termination.
6. Copyright policy
We respect the intellectual property of others and ask users of the Site to do the same. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to shrinkbee.developer@gmail.com that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
- identification of the material you believe is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it;
- your contact details: name, address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
Please note that a false claim of infringement may make you liable for damages.
7. General
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and take effect when posted. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at shrinkbee.developer@gmail.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve the dispute informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Export
The Site may be subject to export control laws. You agree not to use, export or re-export the Site, or any technical data obtained from it, in breach of any applicable export law or regulation.
Electronic communications
Communications between you and us are electronic, whether you use the Site or email us. You consent to receive communications from us electronically and agree that they meet any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Entire agreement
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the use of the Site. If we fail to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms, this is not a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them freely.
